JOB TITLE: JMPS & MFOQA Specialist
LOCATION: NAS Whidbey Island, WA
STATUS OF POSITION: Full-time, Exempt

Summary: Carley Corporation is looking for an experienced Joint Mission Planning Systems (JMPS) and Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance (MFOQA) Specialist in support of a USN/USMC Training Systems Revision and Maintenance contract at NAS Whidbey Island, WA.

QUALIFICATIONS, ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

Act as resident expert for Joint Mission Planning Systems (JMPS) and Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance (MFOQA) mission planning applications.
Provide training to staff, students, and when directed by the government Foreign Military Students (FMS).
Setup the MFOQA application for aircrew debriefs for all applicable missions.

SUPERVISORY
Responsibilities: None at the current time.

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred, and years of experience and/or training in a directly related field.
Hands-on, detail oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills who can prioritize effectively to successfully execute the work with minimal supervision.
Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Security Clearance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
